Urrea Dando Vida al Agua S.A. de C.V. manufactures its products under the strictest internal quality specifications and offers the original purchaser a one-year guarantee that the product will be free of any defects in materials and labor. The finishes are guaranteed against manufacturing defects: 7 years for chrome and 2 years for all others.
The electrical components are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year.
While the policy is in effect, Urrea Dando Vida al Agua S.A. de C.V. commits to exchange the product for an equal product or one of similar characteristics, at no charge to the consumer, when the product itself or one of its components has a defect. The products that Urrea Dando Vida al Agua S.A. de C.V. replaces will be new, and these products will have the same guarantee period as that which remains for the product, or 90 days as of the replacement of the part, whichever period is longer. These products must be replaced under the application of this guarantee and will become the property of Urrea Dando Vida al Agua S.A. de C.V.
