For Grupo Urrea, quality and satisfaction of our clients has always been a priority and we are determined to improve day by day the services that we offer.

Grupo Urrea’s Technical Support Centers (TSC) offer full guarantee and professionalism for every job performed.

Our technical experts can analyze problems, order and rapidly repair parts. In order to provide you with excellent service, we have a network of centers strategically located throughout the Mexican Republic.

Our responsibility is to offer efficient service in a shortest time possible, covering:

  1. Product repair with quality problems
  2. Technical assessment
  3. Training

With the goal of offering efficient service within the shortest response time for guarantees by the Technical Service Centers, we offer the following:

  1. For the initial contact with the consumer, distributor or sales team in the area of guarantees, the time should not exceed 10 minutes.
  2. To make an appointment with the Service Center or consultant and the consumer, the time should not exceed two hours.
  3. To resolve the problem presented by the consumer, the time should not exceed 48 hours, except if negotiated between the Service Center and the consumer.
  4. The time frame for Urrea to send parts to the Service Center should not exceed 72 hours.
